On the 2nd of July we’ll be throwing our own celebration of Southern French Summer, and putting together a no-holds-barred Grand Aïoli.
A celebration of the most famous of Provençal sauces, Aïoli takes pride of place on the table, to be eaten with a huge spread of delicious things. In Provence in Summer there is always aïoli, and it’s the go-to celebratory dish for a little special occasion, a hungry family, or, indeed, an entire village of garlic lovers.
