Our next monthly dinner sees us return to Bouillabaisse on Tuesday 11th June.  This Grande Dame of fish stews featured on the menu for our first ever dinner back in September 2016 and we're delighted to cook it again.

We're always working on our recipe - adapted from everyone's favourite Provençale Grandma - Lulu Peyraud of Domaine Tempier near Bandol.

It’s a riot of different fish, shellfish, ripe tomatoes, wild fennel & saffron, and served in two parts. First, a rich broth, with croutons & rouille - a spicy, garlicky, saffron-spiked mayonnaise - then, all the fish and potatoes cooked together in the delicious stock.

We'll start with three toasts of Tomato & basil, Ricotta & broad beans, and Tapenade - ideal with our new Peach Martini aperitif - then the Bouillabaisse in all its splendour, followed by a cracking early-summer Apricot galette.

Red Mullet, Octopus, Mussels, Crab, Cod, Bream, Gurnard & Monkfish

We're really happy to cook this dish for the whole dining room together once again - we'll have the music playing and there'll be plenty to drink with Kosta choosing the wines plus some more wonderful cocktails from our new Summer list.
