Beaujolais Nouveau Dinner


For our next Grande Bouffe feasting dinner on 21st November we're cooking a special Lyonnais feast and teaming up with Sylvere Trichard of Domaine de la Tallebarde Séléné to celebrate the arrival of the year's Beaujolais Nouveau!

Alex and Tom - inspired by the mères lyonnaises - have prepared a wonderful Lyonnais menu for the evening, designed to compliment the wines, and Kosta will be on hand throughout, opening three of Sylvere's wines for everyone to taste.  

Of course as it's a bit of a party, every guest will received a glass of primeur on the house too, santé!
